The team showed up with a strong internal tool for project unit economics. Over the engagement we packaged it into a shipped product, sharpened the positioning through hundreds of discovery calls with CEOs, CFOs and CTOs, and closed three enterprise contracts: QazCode (with a licensing deal to Beeline), BTS Digital, and BSB (the National Bank of Kazakhstan).

We built Kazakhstan's first packaged platform for compliance automation from scratch. From MVP and early pilots with the Anti-Corruption Agency — to thirty-plus paying enterprise clients across three segments: quasi-government (Kazatomprom, the National Bank, EDB), commercial enterprise (Air Astana, FlyArystan, Toyota FS) and international (UZCARD). On the national trusted software registry, ISO 37001, hundreds of millions of tenge in annual ARR.
