01— Registration and residency
You need to be there in person for two or three days: tax ID, personal e-signature, fingerprints. After that you work from your own city and the company is assembled without you.
01— Why through us
On registration day the difference is invisible. It shows up six months later: for some the task is closed by a certificate, for others the work only starts there.
Law firm
Bridge
Difference
A law firm closes the task with a certificate and says goodbye. For us registration is the first of three doors: next come first contracts in the market and raising capital. Everything you said at the first meeting stays inside the team and works in the third year.
That is why our person walks the offices with you on the trip. Not a contractor hired for two days whom you never see again.
02— Process
The main fear is being stuck in Kazakhstan for months. In practice: two or three days of procedures, and you are home.
We send a checklist letter two weeks before departure. Electronic copies will not do — originals with seals are required.
We come with you to each one. We meet you at the airport, go to the PSC together, interpret at the notary.
Permit, LLP registration, company e-signature, opening the account. From you — only signatures, collected in advance.
Filed online with the CEO's e-signature: six steps, 5 days of review, 10 days at the committee. We prepare the pack and defend the application.
03— Astana Hub residency
The regime is guaranteed until 2066. Instead of taxes — a quarterly contribution of 1% of total annual revenue.
Beyond taxes: hiring foreign staff without quotas, C3 visas for up to 5 years, extraterritoriality — you can work from Almaty.
05— Questions
You need to be there in person for the tax ID, the personal e-signature and fingerprints — two or three days. The rest is done under power of attorney. If your founder setup requires a second visit, we will say so before departure, not after.
The process differs: more documents for legalisation and apostille, a longer timeline. We price such cases separately — write to us and say which jurisdiction the parent company is in.
This is settled at bank level and depends on your settlement structure and compliance. We work through it before registration, so the company is not left with an account that is open on paper but does not work.
No. You need at least 90% of revenue from priority ICT activities and exclusive rights to the product. For everyone else there is the AIFC track: English law, a holding structure, its own incentives.
You can, and for a simple registration that is sensible. The difference shows where you need a tax regime tied to residency, a bank that actually clears your payments, and a person who physically walks into the PSC with you. If none of that is needed, a lawyer is cheaper — and we will tell you so.

We reply within one working day: what exactly will be required from you, how long it takes and whether you qualify for Astana Hub.
