01Business registration
We decided to enter. We have nothing here yet.
No entity, no account, an unclear tax regime. The first fear is being stuck in Kazakhstan for months. The second is the bank refusing the account.
- Trip
- Two or three days: tax ID, e-signature, fingerprints, notary.
- Remote
- Business immigrant permit, LLP registration, company e-signature, bank account.
- Next
- Astana Hub residency or the AIFC track if you do not pass the filter.
Within a month
a legal entity, an account and a tax regime with zero CIT

02Business development
The entity exists. Sales do not.
The market is unfamiliar and there is no way in to the principals. A hired manager builds relationships from zero and spends the first six months just becoming recognised.
- Research
- Interviews with decision makers, a competitor and pricing map, a go or no-go call.
- Meetings
- Decision makers matching your customer profile. In batches, with support.
- Support
- Presale, product localisation, carrying it to a contract, hiring the team.
First contracts
come from the Bridge entity while you have none

03Investment
Sales are running. You need money to push.
Working capital is short, the bank lends only against collateral, and the owner does not want to give up a share cheaply. The conversation is with the shareholder, not management.
- Debt
- Bonds, structured debt against receivables, Damu subsidies.
- Equity
- Venture, pre-IPO, private placement through AIX.
- Deal
- Full-cycle M&A: an auction between buyers, a rising valuation.
