This document constitutes an official public offer from IE "Bridge Consulting" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") that accepts this offer under the terms and conditions set forth below.
In accordance with Paragraph 5 of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, performing actions to fulfill the terms of the agreement specified in this offer (in particular, payment for services) is deemed an acceptance of the offer and results in the conclusion of the agreement under the conditions stated herein.

1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Contractor agrees to provide the Client with information and consulting services for B2B Enterprise IT market research, presale preparation, meeting arrangement, and business development support for market entry in Central Asia (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") in accordance with the selected package or agreed work plan.
1.2. The Client agrees to accept and pay for the Services in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Acceptance and Payment Procedure
2.1. The acceptance of this public offer is deemed when the Client performs one of the following actions:
- submitting a request form on the Contractor's website bridge2.asia;
- making a full or partial payment of the invoice (including online card payments).
2.2. Payments for Services are made in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the Contractor's bank account or online through the secure payment gateway.

3. Payment Card Procedures and Security Disclosures
3.1. Payments can be made using international payment card systems, including Visa, MasterCard, and other systems supported by the payment gateway.
3.2. Upon choosing payment by bank card, the Client is redirected to the secure checkout page of the payment provider. The Client then enters their card details (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVV2/CVC2 security code).
3.3. Data Security and Protection:
- All personal and card details entered by the Client are transmitted securely via encrypted channels using modern SSL/TLS protocols.
- The payment service provider utilizes 3D Secure technology (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) for cardholder authentication. The Client receives a one-time password (SMS code or Push notification from their bank) to authorize the transaction.
- The Contractor does not collect, process, or store the Client's payment card details on its servers.
3.4. Transaction Receipt Retention:
- The Client is highly recommended to save and keep copies of transaction receipts and confirmation documents (electronic receipts, bank email notifications, or payment gateway receipts) to confirm payment in case of any disputes.

4. Pricing and Delivery Terms
4.1. The cost of the Services is determined based on commercial proposals, the Contractor's tariffs published on the Website, or an individual work plan agreed upon by the Parties in writing.
4.2. Service Delivery Timelines and Methods:
- Since the Services are intangible in nature (consultations, market studies, strategy development, sales assistance), deliverables are sent to the Client electronically (via email, secure cloud storage, or secure messaging channels) or provided orally (via video/audio conference channels).
- Specific timelines for delivery are outlined in the individual work plan.
- The Services are deemed fully and properly delivered upon sending the final materials to the Client or conducting the final consultation, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.

5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. The Contractor agrees to perform the Services with high quality, in full, and within the agreed timeline.
5.2. The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and data required for the proper execution of the Services.

6. Liability and Force Majeure
6.1. The Parties shall be liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the active legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6.2. Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events (natural disasters, military actions, government decisions, etc.) that prevent the execution of obligations.
